Quality & Safe “Best Practice”
6 October, 2010
At biothecare the safety, service and best results for our clients is our #1 goal.
Before any new treatment, it is company practise for clients to complete a customer information form, clients are also provided with information sheets explaining in basic terms how the treatment work and any contra-indication which may prevent them having their treatment.
All IPL clients are required to have a ‘patch test’ a minimum of 24 hours before starting their course.
Every Biothecare technician is trained to the highest standard understanding skin types, body analysis and the hair growth cycle thus providing you the best advice on which treatments are suitable for your requirement. All of our technicians are trained on each individual piece of equipment and hold a minimum of NVQ III Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent) ensuring absolute best practise is carried out at all times.

How long is the training of each technician and what is their curriculum?
Why have you no centres in USA? the heart of the world where to have fat, female hair or wrinkles is just not acceptable.
Hi Elizabeth, many thanks for your enquiry.
All our UK technicians have a minimum of NVQ III in beauty therapy and then have specialist core of knowledge and best practise training on each specific item of equipment.
Presently our expansion has centred around Europe as a european company, further expansion will be driven with a european focus we have however recently opened in the ‘Americas’ our plan is to have a USA presence within 5 years.
